IUVARATM
For instructing solicitors

What it means when your expert uses Iuvara.

Iuvara is a tool the expert uses, so there is nothing for you to learn or adopt. But when it helps the expert, it helps you too: the opinion stays entirely theirs, and the report becomes easier to rely on.

What does not change

You instruct your expert exactly as you always have. The report comes back in their format, in their voice, on their letterhead.

The opinion is formed by the expert, and the statement of truth is signed by the expert. Iuvara does not write the opinion, and it does not change whose duty to the court the report discharges.

What it means for you

Every fact traces to a page

Each assertion in the report links back to the source page in the bundle. You can check any "see page 247" and see that page 247 actually says it, without a manual cross-reference exercise.

Allegations are accounted for

Every pleaded breach is tracked through the report, so you can see which allegations have been addressed and where any gap remains before the report is finalised.

Literature is verified, not invented

Citations are checked against the source, so the references in the report are real and locatable. The hallucinated-citation problem of general AI tools does not arise.

Independence you can evidence

An audit trail records how the expert reasoned through the case. If independence is challenged, it is evidenced rather than merely asserted: stronger than a report produced without one.

Defensible under scrutiny.

The use of AI by an expert is disclosed openly, in line with the Academy of Experts' guidance. The report states what was done, and the record supports it. There is nothing to explain away if the other side asks.

All case material is processed in the UK or EU, encrypted and access-controlled. The compliance stack sits behind the report, so the way it was produced is a point of strength, not a question mark.

Have an expert who might use it?

If you instruct an expert who would like to try Iuvara, or you have a question about how a report produced with it holds up, we are glad to talk.
