Iuvara is founder-led. It was built to solve a problem its founder lives, not one observed from a distance.
Dr Sheth has practised as a CPR Part 35 (Civil Procedure Rules, Part 35) expert witness in dermatological negligence for 16 years. He knows the work Iuvara takes on because he has done it, case after case: the reading, the chronology, the checking, the renumbering.
He also holds a First Class BEng (Hons) in Computing from Imperial College London, consistently ranked top in the United Kingdom and among the top ten worldwide, where his early work included logic programming and neural networks. Iuvara is what happens when the clinician who writes the reports and the engineer who can build the tool are the same person.
Alongside clinical and expert practice, he has served on the committees that set and audit standards. That work informs how Iuvara treats evidence, disclosure, and the expert's duty to the court.
Iuvara Ltd provides the software. It does not practise as an expert witness, and it does not accept liability for the content of any report produced with it. The expert remains the author and the responsible party.
That separation is deliberate. It is the same principle the product is built on: the tool assembles the material; the opinion is, and stays, the expert's.
