1. Who we are

Iuvara Ltd (company number 17120096) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZB916034.

2. What this website is

This is an information site, available by invitation. It holds no medical records, no case material and no health data of any kind. Nothing you do here involves patient data.

3. What we collect, and why

Very little.

• Signing in. To read beyond the front page you enter your email address and we send you a one-time code. We hold your email because it is on our invitation list, and we keep a record of when a code was requested and used.
• Contacting us. If you write to us we hold your name, email address, organisation and what you send, for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards.

We do not track you across the web, we do not advertise, and we do not sell or share your data.

4. Lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interests in running an invitation-only site and in replying to people who contact us. Where you have asked us to get in touch, we also rely on your consent.

No special-category data, including health data, is processed by this website.

5. Where it is stored, and who else is involved

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. on infrastructure serving the UK and EU. Cloudflare also provides the sign-in gate: to send your code and let you in, it processes your email address and IP address, and logs the sign-in.

Cloudflare acts on our instructions and under our contract with them. We share your data with no one else, except where we are legally required to.

6. How long we keep it

Sign-in records are kept for a limited period as a security measure. Your email stays on the invitation list until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it. Enquiries are kept only as long as necessary.

7. Cookies

This site uses only the cookie needed to keep you signed in once you have entered your code. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking, so there is nothing here to consent to.

8. Your rights, and complaints

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact admin@iuvara.com and we will deal with it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this notice. The current version and its date are shown above.
